Outside of the fact that Lori helped us save $500 cheaper than my families Agent, Lori sent us our entire package for our boarding information to prepare us for our journey. The Cruise line was a family choice but was still decent, for my first large cruise ship the only thing I would say could have been better would have been some of the food. The Main Dining area and Buffett areas had generally the same food cooking styles. The random shops and the 24 HR Pizza Place However were well worth it.

The process of getting this package put together was wonderful. I told her exactly what we needed, why we were going, and for what length of time. She was gracious enough to put all of our information for Skymiles with Delta, our TSA traveling numbers, and our passport information, and all I had to do point-and-click and make sure everything was great. She sent a 10 day reminder for our vacation and then a nice package that had information for us while we were there she highlighted the important information we needed to know for transportation to and from the resort and she did a great job, choosing a beautiful room with a nice view for us to enjoy, I will highly recommend Lori and her crew to plan your next vacation. In the end it look like she saved us close to $2000. I can’t guarantee that for everyone but for us we appreciate it look forward to traveling with her again. I met Lori through a friend's recommendation to plan our 1st cruise pre-pandemic. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and navigated the pandemic and booking with patience and perseverance to ensure we got the trip we deserved and wanted! This was my first cruise and from the planning stages to the cruise I could not have asked for a better planner. Lori made this trip seemless. I told her my wishes and concerns about a trip like the one we planned and she was attentive to both. She supplied us with a very detailed day to day schedule which really helped us know what to expect. Even before the trip she watched flights to be able to offer better seating when possible. I by chance met Lori, who overheard me talking about surprising my wife with a trip to Italy. Lori approached me and introduced herself and offering to help me achieve that surprise. Lori took care of all the details while keeping our budget in mind. It was the trip of a lifetime!!! Wife was so surprised and I looked like the greatest husband!! We have never been to Europe. We don't fly so I wasn't sure how to coordinate getting there and back. Our travel planner Lori Zenkovich made it happen for us.
We were gone for 11 weeks and we loved every day. Three cruises, one land tour, and some days on our own. Never had to fly anywhere!
It was a dream come true. We had a few bumps along the road, but Lori made them all go away.

We could not have made this trip possible without Lori’s help! She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything taken care of that would accommodate my husband’s disabilities while traveling two weeks on a cruise throughout the Mediterranean. Lori was so thoughtful to call ahead and ask all the questions we had from hotels, transportation services and for excursions. It is really challenging and frustrating to travel with disabilities and Lori made this trip so easy and wonderful!!! We have used agents in the past and they always did the bare minimum of just getting air and travel booked but Lori went way beyond the basics with checking out hotels entrances even pulling up Google maps to make sure the hotels had easy access ramps for wheelchairs. We will definitely use Lori again and have recommended her for all of our friends and family as well. She is AMAZING! We could not have made this trip possible without Lori’s help!
